Don’t be discouraged from using our services if you’re outside the UK. Many data recovery providers accept that we are the leading RAID recovery specialists, so you should not limit yourself to local companies who may not have the necessary technical skills required to recover a complex or proprietary RAID device, or from one suffering from massive file system corruption.

We do not usually need the entire storage unit for recovery. For example, if you have a NAS device, we sometimes need only the hard drives themselves, making international deliveries that much simpler. However, please clarify this with us – we are often able to return the NAS to a full working condition.

International Delivery

Getting your failed storage medium to us from the USA, mainland Europe or Australia poses little more effort than shipping from within the UK; it is generally not expensive at all, and often transit time is a matter of days. Typically, postage from the USA takes two to three days, and around $40 will ensure that the disks from the average RAID array will arrive safely.
