Exchange Server recovery
If repeated recovery attempts have included multiple server reboots, replacing a failed hard disk in a RAID array, or trying to run recovery utilities, and all have failed, you need specialist Server recovery assistance. Continued efforts to recover the server can cause further database damage, and may even lead to total data loss. When an Exchange Server crashes, any database files or log files (.edb or .stm) open at the time will almost invariably be corrupted. Trying to read or access them further will only make the situation worse, and reduce the chance of server or database recovery.
Corrupt Exchange database? Crashed Exchange server?
Call us. We’ll sort it for you. Today.
Exchange Database Recovery
Whether hardware failure or a software failure, such as a corrupt Exchange database or a crashed Microsoft Server, we will start the recovery immediately on receipt of the server, working continuously to get you and your server online again. If your storage medium is a RAID array, Retrodata have the industry’s best RAID recovery engineers and offer the very best option for your data recovery.
Once we receive your server or storage, we’ll make secure backups of the individual disks. This is our insurance policy in case another drive fails during the recovery. We’ll then start the recovery process. We’ll let you know how we are getting on during the recovery, and when we expect to have your server and data returned to you.
Full System Rebuild
We rebuild your server following the recovery so that it is returned to you in the same state as it was before the failure, reducing your downtime potential from days to hours. All your applications, data, account and (if applicable) active directory settings will be reinstated.
Emergency Data Recovery If your data is stored on a RAID device, we can (in all likelihood) regenerate and rebuild your RAID and start recovering and extracting your data from within as little as one hour of receipt of the member drives.
