If any recovery attempts have been made and they have failed, you need a data recovery specialist.  Repeated user attempts at recovery can and do lead to total data loss – the most common reason we see with unrecoverable RAID data.  It is important that your hard disks are securely backed up and cloned before further data recovery is attempted.

On receipt of your IBM Server or storage, we immediately begin the recovery process by backing up your drives.  We never work from the originals as there is a chance that further disk failure could occur.  We then diagnose the failure and continue with the recovery.  We keep you updated throughout the procedure, and if urgent data is required, we try to get that to you before the entire process has completed.  Sometimes in under 30 minutes.
