If any recovery attempts have been made and they have failed, you need a data recovery specialist.  Repeated user attempts at recovery can and do lead to total data loss – the most common reason we see with unrecoverable RAID data.  It is important that your hard disks are securely backed up and cloned before further data recovery is attempted.
