Buffalo TeraStation Recovery

If your Terastation has a failed RAID and you have tried a RAID rebuild, or you cannot access the device, because a firmware update failed, our engineers have many years of experience of recovering from these failures.
If all your recovery efforts have failed, you now need specialist RAID recovery assistance. If you keep on trying to recover the TeraStation yourself, you may cause further damage. You might even cause complete data loss
Recovering Your Data

When we take delivery of, and before recovering data from the failed Buffalo, we first make backup copies of the original drives. We never work with the original drives, in case another drive fails during the process. That is a secure insurance policy for both of us. We’ll diagnose the failure, and start the recovery. We’ll let you know how we are getting on at every stage of the procedure, so you will know when you can expect to receive your recovered data. Which should not take long at all.
