QNAP Data Recovery
QNAP recovery specialists.
If your QNAP RAID has failed due to a crashed hard drive (red LED flashing or blinking), corrupt RAID parameters, RAID rebuild failure, or if you are running with a degraded volume, our engineers are on standby to help. Quickly. They provide QNAP Data Recovery services for all models. They support all file systems, including NTFS, Apple HFS+, Ext2, Ext3, Ext4, UFS, XFS, ZFS and FAT32. They recover deleted data or lost data from any failure:
Hard drive failure – flashing red LED
RAID level migration failure
RAID capacity expansion failure
RAID rebuild failure – blinking red LED
Volume corruption
File System corruption
Retrodata engineers have extensive, in-depth knowledge of Apple OS X, Windows, Linux, UNIX and other operating systems. If you’ve tried recovering data yourself, and failed, remember that user error is the single greatest cause of data loss; please contact the specialists. Don’t risk your data.
Our engineers have industry-leading RAID data engineering skills and recover RAID data from all storage systems. They’re able to work with all RAID levels – even nested and proprietary levels. They work with every single file system and operating system. This includes virtual machines (VMware) and all forms of virtualisation.
The sudden failure of shared data storage in a busy office can cause chaos and a sudden loss of productivity. When no recent backups are available, the situation becomes worse. If your QNAP storage has failed, our engineers are standing by. They will make sure that the data is secured, to prevent further data loss. They will then recover your device and restore your data. Quickly. With no fuss, and no disruption to either you or your staff.

Even if you have been told your QNAP RAID array is not recoverable, please let us diagnose it. We often recover data that has been declared unrecoverable by other companies.
When we receive your QNAP, the first thing we’ll do is make secure copies of each individual hard disk. This is an insurance policy against further data loss, or even another disk failing during the recovery. We will only work on the copies; your original drives are made secure during the process. We’ll then start the recovery, and will keep you informed of progress from the minute we receive your device. Our engineers will work to restore data from your QNAP as quickly and as safely as possible.
