Synology CubeStation Recovery
Cubestation recovery.
By data recovery experts.
If your Cubestation crashed because of a drive failure (flashing red LED), and a RAID rebuild failed, or you had a power surge that left the volume corrupt and a volume auto-rebuild failed – even if you cannot access the device, we have engineers on standby.
Hard drive failed – red LED
Volume auto rebuild fails
Cannot access volume or share
Corrupt file system or RAID
Device will not boot
If the file system is corrupted and you are unable to access a volume, or the system volume is running in degraded mode, our engineers will step in to assist. They work with all operating systems (Windows, Apple Mac, Linux, etc) and all file systems (Mac HFS+, NTFS, Linux Ext3 and Ext4, XFS, ZFS and many others) and have industry-leading RAID recovery skills. It means they are able to work with all storage devices, regardless of the software you might be running.
If your data is important, or it is used in a busy work environment and no-one is able to get anything done, our engineers will recover your system, retrieve your data and get you up and running again. Quickly. And with no fuss, and no intrusion to your staff.
If you’ve already tried various recovery methods and all have failed, please stop. Further attempts can cause further damage. Our engineers will ensure that the situation cannot get worse, by making secure backup copies of your drive. That’s their insurance policy.
Emergency Synology Data Recovery We’re normally able to regenerate and rebuild your RAID and start recovering your data within one hour of backing up your disks.
Why Retrodata? • Can you recover my data? • Emergency Recovery • Why RAID fails
After we’ve received your device for recovery and we’ve made secure backups of the hard disks, we’ll diagnose the failure and start the recovery process. We will keep you informed of all progress throughout the procedure. If there is extremely urgent data that you need desperately, we can usually concentrate on that first, making sure you receive it as soon as possible.
